If your email address bounces or sends back TrafficMarketerPro.com a message with an autoresponder, you risk having your account deleted. All referrals and COMMISSIONS will be lost if your account is deleted. 

Liability

TrafficMarketerPro.com does not make any promises written or implied as to the amount of money that can be made from TrafficMarketerPro.com. It is your responsibility to make sure your payment email address is correct. Commission payments made to the wrong account because of an incorrectly entered id is your responsibility. 

Policies 
All policies, rules and regulations are the final decision of TrafficMarketerPro.com. We reserve the right to modify, add or change any policies as we deem necessary at any time. All members agree that they will not hold TrafficMarketerPro.com liable for any items or policies within this program. 

Refunds 
YOU have three days to study the site. Clicking the links at the left. Viewing all the unique plugins Traffic Marketer Pro Offers etc.
YOU MUST NOT activate any advertising.
Using any credits allocated means you are not eligible for any refunds. As you have decided to use our Advertising facility. You may get sales/leads/opt-ins from this service but it is not guaranteed since I can not control the actions of visitors viewing our promotions.
If you request a Refund within the three day time period. Your refund will be sent and your account will be deleted. You will lose any earned commissions and will not be eligible for any payments won with our DWSEarner Fab Prize Giveaways or cash back rewards.

You will not be eligible for requesting a refund after three days since advertising is credited to your account, plus commissions owed have already been paid to your sponsors.

Commissions
You agree to receive any earned commissions with being paid to your Ether wallet through our Block Chain Ether Wallet payment processor.
YOU must send in a support ticket and register your Ether wallet Address to receive commissions once $20 is generated.
Commissions are paid only to members who directly refer other members who might purchase an upgrade to receive additional advertising packages. We have a 0ne tier affiliate program and there is no 2nd tier affiliate program or MLM structure involved with our site at all.

SPAM 
TrafficMarketerPro.com has a zero tolerance for spam. Anyone caught spamming will be deleted from the program and is subject to civil and criminal prosecution including fines. If you are to include TrafficMarketerPro.com's name or URL in any email promotion, please only email to your own "double-optin" subscribers or on safelists, traffic exchanges, ad exchanges, list builders, classified ads, ppc marketing and other legitimate forms of advertising.

However, the following are grounds for termination of your account: 

To send unsolicited emails to anyone that is not on your own personal double-optin list. If this does not make sense to you, then do not include promotions for TrafficMarketerPro.com in emails.
To falsify user information provided to TrafficMarketerPro.com or to other users of the service in connection with TrafficMarketerPro.com, or any of it's other sites.
To use the TrafficMarketerPro.com name and URL via bought commercial bulk email lists is prohibited.

Do NOT to promote your affiliate page using blasters or to purchased leads - Or on any program promising to blast your ad to millions of users. 

TrafficMarketerPro.com considers the above practices to constitute abuse of our service and of the recipients of such unsolicited mailings and/or postings who often bear the expense. Therefore, these practices are prohibited by TrafficMarketerPro.comterms and conditions of service. Engaging in one or more of these practices will result in termination of the offender's account. 

Nothing contained in this policy shall be construed to limit TrafficMarketerPro.com actions or remedies in any way with respect to any of the foregoing activities. 

TrafficMarketerPro.com reserves the right to take any and all additional actions it may deem appropriate with respect to such activities, including without limitation taking action to recover the costs and expenses of identifying offenders and removing them from the program. 

In addition, TrafficMarketerPro.com reserves at all times all rights and remedies available to it with respect to such activities at law or in equity. 

We use IP tracking devices. Any user that is found to blatantly violate this agreement will be banned from the program indefinitely and may be subject to civil and criminal prosecution. 

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. We may also make changes to these rules, regulations, and policies at any time.
